During our weekly check-ins, I am intentional with learning all about your lifestyle, level of commitment, your goals, your habits, your stressors, past failures and current wins etc. A minimum 3 month commitment with this program will allow us to be transparent on learning how we improve and progress for all the holistic growth & gains.
is a 1 on 1 in person training program for the committed individual who is ready to better their holistic health. In this program, we prioritize to meet you where you are at and help you level up month by month. There is a minimum of 3 month commitment to allow us to work as a team to empower you by normalizing the the waves of highs and lows that would have once knocked you off your game.
is a monthly membership to your general strength programming that includes 1 Semi Personal Group training a week. This is a beautiful mixture of remote training and in person for the committed individual that is willing to level up their self accountability while appreciating the empowering energy from our community of group classes and monthly community check-ins.
