At Grit & Gratitude the mood is always upbeat, motivating, knowledgeable and most importantly for me, encouraging. The workouts are tough but rewarding. The community that has been built is incredible, and it is such a joy working out here. Definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try it out, you won’t be disappointed.
