What does Holistically fit mean?

Our bodies and minds are all interconnected, and focusing and strengthening one part without making space to also strengthen the other can create a cycle of burnout. Our holistic approach is to consider the person as a whole, and must provide support to both our mental and physical wellness. Holistic health and fitness goals will help create sustainable routines that will continue, even outside of a training session.

I have been a Personal Trainer for 7 years now. Every year I am more eager to dive deeper into how to coach you on navigating the waves of the journey to get you to the best version of yourself. Teaching and empowering you to create healthy, holistic habits around your health and fitness mindset. That will help you create the lifestyle you have been craving and deserving of. an authentic passion to help you on your current and future holistic lifestyle in mind.

When Angel shared the dreams she had for her clients and their journeys, I offered to help her do all the small stuff :) All the behind the scenes work is my craft. From emails to graphics, all of it is being done with the intention of supporting Angel and the team and all of the possibilities Grit & Gratitude can create in reimagining what holistic health journeys may look and feel like. 


I found my love for movement in the water when I was 11 years old. Swimming competitively taught me how good it felt to move and challenge myself physically. It also opened up many opportunities from teaching others to swim and playing in college to working as a lake lifeguard and EMT. I’ve always had a passion for learning and helping others and I realized that I wanted to support people on their journey to live healthier lives. I found CrossFit in 2013 while studying Kinesiology at Cal Poly Pomona and immediately felt that connection I had been looking for. Throughout the years I continued to expand my knowledge and became a certified nutritionist and mindset coach. I believe that movement is medicine and having a practice that supports your goals and your body is key to living a healthy, happy life. We can all learn so much from connecting to the wisdom we hold within ourselves and our mindset is the foundation that can support us to living the life we deserve. I am grateful to be a part of this community and look forward to connecting with you all.
