We also focus on your mindset (your thoughts and beliefs) as well as, how your body recovers (sleep and your stress management skills).
Seeing all this as a health and growth journey allows us to normalize the struggles of not being great or even good at things at first. We understand that there is a learning curve to all change and newness. We know that we will not always be motivated, but we get things done because we said we would to get to our goals. It allows us to remember that growth is uncomfortable at first, yet so rewarding in the long run.
Choosing to see this as growth can help us develop a
grittier mindset and gratitude for the journey as a whole.

With 10 years of health coaching experience, I am currently in my season of Big Growth & Generously Giving. I believe teaching people how to take ownership of their health and growth will allow them to create their most vibrant, fulfilling life.
